Location: Main Murree Road, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Internship (Paid)
Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to support our night-shift operations. The ideal candidate is quick to learn, attentive, and capable of reviewing calls, reports, and processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred (due to team requirements and shift compliance).
• Strong English comprehension and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of QA processes or call center quality evaluation (a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to remain focused and organized during night shift hours.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
