Personal Assistant

Job Summary

Lasifa International is looking for a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing schedules, communication, and confidential matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior management
  • Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence on behalf of management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and overseas partners
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information
  • Assist in travel arrangements, visas, and meeting logistics
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments
  • Support office administration when required
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude with high level of confidentiality
  • Experience in recruitment, overseas employment, or embassy documentation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
