Job Description

1. Review and verify the accuracy of daily sales reports (DSRs) and cash deposits submitted by retail locations.
2. Ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly in the point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with store managers and the finance team.
4. Ensure timely submission of DSRs by all retail outlets and escalate delays or issues.
5. Conduct daily reconciliations of DSR with sales data and system records.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing sales performance, inventory discrepancies, and audit findings
7. Collaborate with store managers and staff to address discrepancies and ensure compliance with policies.

Minimum Requirements

Age Limit: 25-30
1. Intermediate to bachelors.
2. command on excel.
3. prior 1 year experience
