The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling day-to-day clerical tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in documentation and reporting.
Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and basic documentation
Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Saudi national
Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in administration or related field preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
