Job Purpose.

Responsible for achieving mutually agreed targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as expanding and nurturing existing client relationships to drive sustainable growth

Job Responsibilities

  • Research business opportunities through Internet, exhibitions, media, etc., identify their service requirements, and follow through until the business is secured.
  • Study market trends and cater to customer requirements.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Send proposals when required with the help of the Sales Coordinator.
  • Respond to customer inquiries/issues.
  • Coordinate and resolve payment issues (own customers).
  • Spread brand awareness.
  • Coordinate contract renewals with the Sales Coordinator.
  • Identify any sales/operational areas that can be improved.
  • Compile sales reports with the help of the Sales Coordinator.
  • Study market trends and stay alert to competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training as and when the opportunity arises.
  • Actively generate and secure business opportunities

Qualification & Experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good knowledge of the local market
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or logistics

  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic market and product knowledge
