Officer Dispatch

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-loading safety checks, including verification of required PPEs and inspection of crane components (brakes, emergency switch, limit switch, pendant wire, wire rope, safety latch).
• Immediately report any malfunction to the Shift Incharge and raise a maintenance complaint.
• Verify material on the shop floor as per the pick slip using tags, caps, and bundle markings.
• Ensure loading is done strictly from the specified location. Report any deviation to FGSV and the Dispatch Shift In-charge.
• Supervise the loading sequence: heavier thicknesses first, followed by similar sizes and bundles arranged for stability.
• Ensure loading pattern aligns with the vehicle route when multiple destinations are involved.
• Ensure material is loaded without damage, and enforce all safety protocols to protect workers and equipment.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate. Preferably Graduate
• Experience: 3 Years
• Age: Minimum 28 Years
