KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payment received.
# Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the director office administrator requirements # To ensure all the announcements, circulars are distributed on time to all locations and staff
# Coordinate the activities of the directors and ensure clerical works and the image of the office is presentable to the visitors. # Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
# Responsible for timely ordering and printing all office pre-printed stationery items letter-head, mailing envelopes, business cards, re-use me envelopes etc.
# Support with clerical duties according to the demand of the director/Department workload. # To coordinate any office equipments or other maintenance works with the respective maintenance vendors # To generate various employee reports or records as deemed necessary
# Assist the director in all his administration functions and to carry out administrative duties as assigned in line with the SBU standards and procedures.
# Responsible to provide the required offices equipment and maintenance of office supplies and assist with documentation and corresponded with other departments throughout the SBU concerning the administration issues.
# Responsible for the implementation of the annual leave and sick leave policy and the preparation of their return advices and informing the HR department for the necessary action

# Report and advice the director of any changes to personnel issues, take transcriptions and attend internal team meetings as necessary.
# Maintain the Department employees personnel files, in co-ordination with the Human Resource.
# Prepare and ensure that all formalities are completed upon termination and resignation of an employee like clearance and cancellation formalities.
# Responsible for the preparation of the necessary experience certificates and other documents as deemed necessary by the Director, managers and staff.
