TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Officer ISC Sales Support acts as the key link between the India GSA and Cargolux’s regional sales and operations teams. This role ensures optimal cargo capacity utilization, drives revenue growth, and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The main tasks include but are not limited to:

GSA (General Sales Agency) & Sales Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between India GSA and Sales to ensure optimal cargo capacity allocation and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with sales, GSA, and regional operations teams to guarantee smooth cargo loading and compatibility across stations.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions by implementing strategic initiatives that support flight rotations and maximize profitability.


Coordinate GSA Quote & Booking Management:

  • Ensure incoming quotes are managed in line with company guidelines, including prioritization, pricing strategy, and adjustments when parameters change.
  • Ensure customer spot requests are responded to promptly and tailored quote options using Cargolux tools are provided.
  • Oversee special cargo requirements with GSA, internal stakeholders and ensure loading feasibility with local operations.
  • Monitor export truck planning with GSA, customers and providers to ensure timely delivery.


Revenue Optimization & Digital Sales:
Promote Cargolux’s value-added services and digital sales channels. Proactively follow up on offers and short-notice space availability to maximize revenue.

Customer Onboarding & Service: Lead KYC procedures for new customers, collect tax details, and deliver excellent customer support. Address issues internally and encourage customers to use digital portals.

Knowledge Sharing & Compliance: Stay updated on systems participate in training, and share knowledge with GSA staff and regional teams. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and support internal processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in air cargo sales or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cargo booking systems and digital sales tools is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of air cargo industry, high proficiency in the English language.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Flexibility with working hours is expected.
  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
  • A certificate of good conduct will be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
