Position: Officer- No Objection Certificate (NOC)

Location: Karachi/ Islamabad- Onsite

Job Purpose:

The Officer – NOC is responsible for obtaining and managing all necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs), permits, and clearances for project execution, including renewals, in coordination with local authorities and internal project teams. This role ensures compliance with regulations, facilitates smooth project execution, and prevents delays by proactively managing approvals for site establishment, construction, equipment transportation, and utility connections.

1- Submit applications and follow up on NOCs, permits, and approvals through official portals and processes.

2- Verify NOC conditions, including underground services, trial pits, and site constraints, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

3- Ensure timely renewal and validity of all project-related NOCs and permits.

4- Maintain accurate records and control of all site NOCs, permits, and associated documentation.

5- Liaise with clients and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and site readiness for project activities.

6- Ensure all NOC-related documents, applications, and reports are filed and tracked systematically.

7- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

8- Training or certification in UAE regulatory compliance, permits.

9- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in UAE with proven track record in obtaining NOCs and permits for construction or substation projects.

10- Familiarity with site establishment, civil works, and substation construction requirements. Experience in coordinating with multiple authorities and handling regulatory compliance in the UAE.
