In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily production activities, monitoring operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining seamless coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Operations Monitoring: Oversee and coordinate daily production operations and activities to ensure smooth factory workflows.
• Target Achievement: Ensure assigned production targets are met efficiently within specified timelines.
• Data & Reporting: Prepare daily production reports and accurately maintain all production records in our ERP/software systems.
• Inventory & Store Management: Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) in the Finished Goods Store.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the 100% transfer and supply of finished goods to the Finished Goods Store.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and handle daily production-related issues; report daily product shortages (with root-cause reasons) and major operational concerns to management promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with relevant departments to maintain a smooth production flow and maximize operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Preferably Master/ Minimum Graduate.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and standard reporting tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Strong team coordination, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Organization: Effective time management, organizational skills, and strong communication/reporting capabilities.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Dynamic factory/manufacturing floor environment.
• Ability to work rotational shifts based on operational needs.
• Comfortable with continuous monitoring of production lines and working closely with factory management for extended periods.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
