Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations while actively contributing to sales activities. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts, sales data, and office inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked with supplies.

Sales Support:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email, providing information about products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment collection.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers, ensuring contact details are up-to-date.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Timely Collection of account receivables

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales role, preferably in Healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tally, MS office
  • Knowledge of Sales-Purchase, Exim/impex, Foreign trade,Inventory management
  • Bilingual skills

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with occasional travel for client visits or events.
  • May require extended hours during peak seasons or to meet deadlines.
