We’re known for 15-Day Delivery and pricing 25% below retail—crafted in Dubai and delivered fast. We’re expanding our offline presence to drive high-intent, qualified appointments and website sales.

The Role

Own and scale offline channels— Dubai Metro, DXB Airport, bridal directories, native PR, radio, and by-appointment pop-ups—that generate qualified leads, appointments, and purchases. You will plan, buy, execute, and report with a performance mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan & buy Metro/airport DOOH, community radio bursts, bridal directories (e.g., vendor listings), and native/PR features
  • Produce and run pop-ups / showroom-lite activations (permits, fixtures, staff rosters, security SOP)
  • Enforce QR/UTM standards; report on weekly dashboards (Spend → Scans → Sessions → QualifiedAppointmentsOrders → Revenue)
  • Pre-qualify leads (budget bands, timeline, shape preferences); tighten routing to WhatsApp/sales
  • Write concise OOH/radio headlines that highlight 15-Day Delivery & 25% Below Retail
  • Own vendor relationships; negotiate value-adds and move fast on holds & creative approvals

What You’ll Need

  • 3–6 years in performance-oriented offline marketing in the UAE (luxury/bridal/retail preferred)
  • Proven campaigns linking OOH/Events/Radio → QR/UTM → orders/revenue (bring examples)
  • Strong vendor network (e.g., Hypermedia/Metro, JCDecaux/DXB, lifestyle media, bridal directories, TAG 91.1/City 1016)
  • Hands-on with GA4, Shopify, QR/UTM; comfortable building simple weekly ROAS tables
  • Event operations chops: permits, floor plans, staffing, security, checklists
  • Clear writing, tight time management, and a bias for numbers over “reach”

Nice to have: Arabic/Tagalog; jewellery/bridal category; native PR pitching; basic design briefing

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
