Offplan Property Specialist

JMM Real Estate Broker L.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced, performance-driven, and strategic Off-Plan Specialist (Senior Real Estate Agent) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Dubai’s off-plan market, proven sales performance, and the ability to lead and mentor junior agents.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, with strong focus on Dubai off-plan market
• Must be currently residing in Dubai
• Proven track record in off-plan property sales and developer projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and guide junior agents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience handling high-value clients and investor portfolios
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
• Strong ability in cold calling, networking, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Experience in creating social media content and generating leads through digital platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and real estate market trends
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Specialize in selling off-plan properties across leading Dubai developers
• Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and developers
• Conduct professional property consultations, presentations, and client meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Lead by example by mentoring and supporting junior agents within the team
• Assist management in improving team performance and sharing market insights
• Create engaging marketing content and property videos to increase lead generation
• Stay updated with new project launches, developer incentives, and market trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
