Offshore Construction Supervisor (OCS)
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise offshore construction activities with up to 60 contractors and technicians.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote an
Incident-Free
culture.

Coordinate daily with onshore teams to ensure resource readiness and project alignment.

Plan and manage execution of construction works within budget and schedule.

Deliver construction scopes with zero punch items, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Support risk assessments, HAZID, and work preparation for safe operations.

Compile close-out reports and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas construction.

Relevant technical degree or trade certification.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Proven experience managing shutdowns, campaigns, and offshore construction projects.
-
Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, and offshore layout drawings.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Offshore certifications:
BOSIET / T-BOSIET / H2S
