Offshore Sales Specialist


Role Summary

Offshore Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to offshore customers, both existing and potential, across different regions and markets. The Offshore Sales specialist will use various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, etc., to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, answer inquiries, and provide product information and guidance.


Role Profile

  • Provides technical and commercial quotations to customers through different channels.
  • Process orders and invoices and follow up for shipments for offshore customers.
  • Locates parts for customers on various machines, CAT, and other brands we service.
  • Influence and promote customer satisfaction, service and support.
  • Receives phone-in and walk in and E-mail customers’ request for parts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 - 3 years of engineering sales.
  • Fluency in English, Frensh is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Experience.
