the Job Description:
- We are seeking a full-time or part-time oil and gas title attorney, to work either in the office in Spring, TX or remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Review real estate title documents and oil and gas related contracts, and identify and analyze issues in the chain of title
- Calculate ownership of surface, mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interest, and draft title opinions
- Draft title documents and other oil and gas related contracts
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly
- Currently licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Texas, New Mexico, or Louisiana
- Some experience drafting title opinions preferred, but not necessarily required

Pay: $87,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
