About Us:
We are a growing business specializing in refurbished electronics such as iPhones, MacBooks, laptops, and tablets. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Omni-Channel Assistant to help manage product listings, pricing, and marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces and sales portals.
- Ensure accurate pricing of products by regularly checking and updating based on market trends.
- Research and identify new marketplaces/platforms for business expansion.
- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Research fast-selling electronic products (iPhones, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, etc.) and suggest profitable models for listing.
- Verify accuracy of product details, images, and descriptions.
- Follow up with marketplaces and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace management (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with product data.
- Ability to analyze pricing and sales trends.
- Knowledge of refurbished electronics market is a plus.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking inventory and pricing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with product research tools for online marketplaces.
- Understanding of refurbished electronics demand and sales cycle.
