Position: Onboarding Specialist / EOR Account Executive
Department: EOR & Staffing Solutions
Work Location: Terracotta Office, Abu Dhabi
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
Minimum Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within the UAE

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist / EOR Account Executive to oversee end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account management for outsourced employees under Employer of Record (EOR) and staffing solutions. This is a client-facing and operational role that requires strong coordination, hands-on EOR expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, payroll, compliance, and immigration.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of proven experience in EOR operations, specifically managing outsourced or seconded employees, and will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for EOR and staffing employees, from offer acceptance through offboarding.
  • Coordinate the collection, verification, and compliance of employee documentation.
  • Oversee visa and immigration processes related to employee mobilization, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including HR, payroll, legal, and immigration to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively address and resolve delays.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned EOR and staffing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to contracts, payroll cycles, benefits, and compliance matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the main HR contact for outsourced employees under the EOR and staffing model.
  • Handle employee queries related to contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and company policies.
  • Support employee offboarding, contract extensions, and amendments.
  • Escalate complex employee relations issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all EOR employment practices comply with local labor laws and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews as required.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Prepare onboarding status reports and account updates for internal teams and clients.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
