On-Call Front Desk Coverage

Summary:
Front desk staff make our clients feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. As a team member, they are responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance.

  • Greets all members and guests to create welcoming environment
  • Develops positive relationships with members
  • Facility/member tours
  • Answers incoming phone calls and provides messages or returns calls as needed
  • Accepts member feedback and concerns professional and communicates to management
  • Cleaning of fitness center and equipment

  • Notifies management of equipment needs

We are a fairly new facility with great equipment! Members are very friendly and we try to create a welcoming environment for them.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
