On-Call Server/Bartender

Lowlander, a brewery and restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking to build an on-call roster of experienced servers/bartenders to support game days and large event shifts.

This is not a regular schedule position we are seeking reliable hospitality professionals who are available to jump in when business demands spike.

Lowlander serves housemade sausages, pretzels, salads, fries, cocktails, and brewed-on-premise beers straight from the tanks in a casual, high-energy environment (124 seats).

This role will support both floor service and bartending during high-volume days.

There are part-time/Seasonal positions available, these are hourly non-exempt positions.

  Training wage: $21.30 to $21.30/hour
  
• Starting pay: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips
  
• Pay range for the position: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips
  

• 
  On-call / seasonal / part-time
  
• Shifts primarily for game days, events, and peak business periods
  
• No guarantee of consistent weekly hours

We re seeking team members who are:

• Dependable and responsive for on-call scheduling needs

• Minimum 2 years of serving and/or bartending experience
  
• Bartending experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and general beverage service
  
• Familiarity with POS systems
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in high-volume service
  
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  
• Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and event/game days

• • For part-time employees (working 30 or fewer hours a week / seasonal): Accrue 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave per hour worked.
    
  • For full-time employees (30+ hours/week): Accrue 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off per hour worked, up to 80 hours a year.
    
  • After 5 years of employment: Accrue 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off per hour worked, up to 120 hours a year.
