1. On-site Technical Support

Visit client offices to resolve IT issues

Troubleshoot:

Computers and laptops

Printers and scanners

Software and OS problems (Windows/Linux)

2. Network Support

Set up and fix:

Wi-Fi networks

Routers and switches

LAN connectivity issues

Ensure stable internet for business operations

3. System Maintenance

Install and configure:

Operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Antivirus and security tools

Perform system updates and backups

4. User Support

Assist end-users with IT issues

Handle helpdesk tickets

Provide basic training on software usage

5. ELV / Hardware Support

Install and maintain:

CCTV systems

Access control systems

Office IT equipment

6. Reporting

Prepare service reports after site visits

Document issues and solutions

Maintain IT asset records

Skills Requirements:

1–3 years IT experience

Strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of:

Networking basics

Windows systems

CCTV / ELV systems (big advantage)

Willing to do field work (not office-only)

Pay: From RO700.000 per month

Work Location: In person
