As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently looking for a “ Onboarding Officer Execute onboarding activities by ensuring accurate collection, validation, and tracking of all required documentation , acting as a key gatekeeper to ensure smooth and error-free policy implementation.

Your Job:

Pre-Onboarding Preparation

• Prepare onboarding checklists tailored to each client
• Review of prior missing or expired documents

Client & Broker Engagement

• Conduct onboarding meetings (physical / virtual) with: Brokers, Policyholders & Educate stakeholders
• Required documentation
• Onboarding process

Document Collection & Follow-Up

• Collect all required onboarding documents (mandatory & conditional)
• Track and follow up on pending documents

Document Validation & Gatekeeping

• Identify and communicate deficiencies (NIGO cases)
• Ensure all documents meet the agreed standards before submission

Coordination & Handover

• Coordinate with internal teams & submit validated cases to Processing team

Status Tracking & Communication

• Provide regular updates (every 3 days) to stakeholders
• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned cases

Your profile:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-3 market experience in EB Operations
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
• Communication and client handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic system proficiency (tracking tools, portals)
• Good communication skills & command of English
