Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Officer with strong experience in the UAE automobile and service industry.
The role focuses on onboarding freelance drivers, registering customers, and developing B2B partnerships with garages, insurance companies, and recovery fleet owners.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with mobile applications, IT-based platforms, and field sales, and capable of conducting app demos and training sessions for drivers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver & Customer Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and onboard freelance drivers (recovery drivers, tow truck drivers, service drivers) onto the platform.
- Conduct app demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for drivers, explaining usage, job acceptance, navigation, and payments.
- Assist drivers with registration, documentation upload, and profile activation.
- Promote and register customers for vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and automobile-related services via the mobile app.
B2B Sales & Partnerships
- Visit and engage with garages, workshops, insurance companies, and recovery fleet owners.
- Present and explain the platform benefits, features, and business value to partners.
- Convince B2B partners to join and collaborate with the platform.
- Build long-term relationships with vendors and service providers.
Sales & Field Activities
- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups across assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly targets for driver onboarding, customer registrations, and partner acquisitions.
- Represent the company professionally during field sales, events, and promotional activities.
- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and conversions.
- Use CRM or sales tracking tools for reporting and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in automobile services, logistics, IT platforms, mobility, or insurance-related sectors.
- Strong understanding of mobile applications, IT platforms, and digital onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality with strong field sales capability.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel for client visits.
- Language Skills: English & Hindi/Urdu required (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Must be an immediate joiner.
Preferred Skills & Advantages:
- Experience with app-based platforms (ride-hailing, delivery, automobile services, or digital marketplaces).
- Familiarity with the UAE automobile market, garages, insurance processes, and recovery operations.
- Experience conducting training sessions or demos for drivers or partners.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reports, and lead management.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
