Pay Range
$22.69 to $31.76/hour.
Compensation is determined by several factors, including location, relevant experience, skill level, and internal equity. Please note, we don’t typically hire above midpoint.
Work Schedule
4 days onsite/1 day remote (once training period is complete), typically Monday-Friday.

The Onboarding Specialist is an experienced, focused, energetic, and enthusiastic team member that leads the pre-employment hiring processes for all new team members; with a focus on providing a best-in-class new hire experience. This role is responsible for all facets of the new hire journey including background screening, pre-employment drug testing, completion of required company forms/documents, and all other processes that need to be conducted prior to a new hire first day. This role will work autonomously and efficiently providing support, guidance, and proactive support to new team members during their new hire journey. In addition to the above responsibilities, the onboarding specialist will assist with the resolution of current team member inquiries via the Team Member Service Center.

Airport SIDA Badge Requirements
This role will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview. If an employee does not qualify for a SIDA badge or has their SIDA badge pulled from them, the employee will be terminated.
