Oncology Key Account Specialist

Cairo, Egypt

Job description:

• Build, manage, and grow trusted partnerships with key oncology stakeholders, including major hospitals, oncology centres, KOLs, and MOH strategic entities.

• Drive sales growth and market access for Anabion’s oncology portfolio, including biosimilars and immuno-oncology products.

• Develop and implement account-specific strategies tailored to the needs and dynamics of each institution.

• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to align scientific messaging, value dossiers, and compliance.

• Ensure effective product positioning and visibility in key tenders, formularies, and treatment protocols.

• Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and policy shifts to adapt strategies proactively.

• Serve as the face of Anabion in high-impact oncology engagements, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. An MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.

• 3–5+ years of experience in oncology commercial roles within the pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.

• Strong network with oncology KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and UPA.

• Solid understanding of Egypt’s oncology market access dynamics and institutional buying behaviours.

• Proven ability to deliver on ambitious sales targets within complex account structures.

• Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong ethical standards and compliance mindset.
