Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder cum Outreach Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, along with expertise in email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach. The candidate will primarily focus on generating leads and converting them into long-term SEO clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms to acquire new clients.
• Conduct email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to generate potential leads.
• Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Focus on generating and closing SEO service clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing team to ensure lead conversion.
• Maintain reports of bids, outreach activities, and client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in online bidding and outreach.
• Proven experience on Upwork/Freelancer platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email and LinkedIn outreach techniques.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp/other direct communication channels for client acquisition.
• Good understanding of SEO services and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
