Role Overview:
We are looking for an Online Bidder with 1–3 years of experience on freelancing platforms. You will handle proposal creation, bid submissions, lead generation, and client communication on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces to secure projects and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential freelancing projects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and submit proposals/bids to maximize project wins
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in freelance bidding or business development
• Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with good relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
