Responsibilities

* Engage promptly and professionally with prospective and existing clients via our online chat platform.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our wedding planning packages, event design services, and vendor coordination processes.
* Answer client enquiries with a friendly and empathetic approach, reflecting the caring ethos of our company.
* Assist clients in navigating our services and guide them towards the appropriate packages for their needs.
* Accurately capture client information and key details from conversations, ensuring a smooth handover to our wedding planners when required.
* Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company services, pricing, and promotional offers.
* Resolve minor client issues and escalate more complex problems to the relevant team members effectively.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a similar position. Experience with live chat support is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation in UK-English.
* Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
* The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* A genuine interest in the wedding and events industry is strongly preferred.
* A positive, patient, and professional demeanour with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
