EComplug is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Online Customer Sales Representative to handle online inquiries and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
• Follow up with leads and confirm customer orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and response targets.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in online sales or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, tagalog are an advantage.
