- Process online orders from customers (via website, app, or delivery platforms)
- Enter and update product data, prices, and stock levels into the system
- Coordinate with warehouse/store staff regarding stock availability
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Generate basic reports as required
- Perform other admin/data-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a supermarket
- Experience in data entry, inventory systems, or online order processing
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with POS or Tally systems
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Currently in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa preferred
