Responsibilities
- Adapt lesson plans to fit the needs of students of different ages and cultural backgrounds.
- Create fun and interactive activities that help students build language skills.
- Check students’ language progress and give helpful, constructive feedback.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to match different learning styles.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Teach dynamic online lessons in 25-, 15-, or 7-minute formats.
- Use digital tools and platforms to make lessons engaging and effective.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Strong knowledge of effective ESL teaching methods and best practices.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to creating a lively, student-focused learning environment.
- Skilled at managing both group classes and individual student needs.
- Proven ability to lead lessons and help students make real progress.
- Experienced in teaching beginner ESL learners with flexible, student-centered approaches.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Required).
- Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. (Applicants from other countries will not be accepted.)
- Stable landline or Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not allowed).
- English must be your first language.
- High-quality headset with a working microphone (No earbuds permitted).
- Valid government-issued ID (Passport or Driver’s License).
- Professional home workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Prior teaching experience (homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is preferred but not required.
- ESL teaching certification or credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Evening Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (05:00 – 11:00 AM EST)
- Must be available for at least four consecutive hours, five days a week (Monday to Friday). This schedule is non-negotiable.
