Responsibilities
- Tailor and adapt pre-existing lesson materials to suit the diverse ages, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds of students.
- Select and modify interactive activities to best support students’ English language development.
- Assess students’ language proficiency and provide personalized, actionable feedback.
- Apply various teaching methods to accommodate different learning preferences.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive online classroom environment.
- Conduct engaging online lessons, ranging from 7 to 25 minutes, keeping students involved and focused.
- Use online teaching tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and lesson effectiveness.
- Maintain professionalism by being dependable, punctual, and well-prepared for each class.
- Follow company guidelines and classroom protocols.
- Complete and submit all required tasks accurately and on time.
Experience Requirements:
- Preferred experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to diverse learners.
- Strong knowledge of proven ESL instructional methods and techniques.
- Competent in using online teaching platforms and digital educational tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Committed to delivering engaging, student-focused instruction.
- Effective at managing classrooms and maintaining structured, goal-oriented lessons.
- Clear and confident in lesson delivery, while offering responsive support to learners.
- Experienced in working with beginner-level ESL students using adaptable and flexible teaching approaches.
- Known for being responsible, dependable, and consistently prepared for each class.
Minimum Qualifications – Strictly Enforced

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Required).
- Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. (Applicants from other countries will be rejected.)
- Stable landline or Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi only is NOT allowed).
- English must be your first language.
- High-quality headset with a working microphone (NO earbuds permitted).
- Valid government-issued ID (Passport or Driver’s License).
- Professional home workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Prior teaching experience (homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is preferred but not required.
- ESL teaching certification or credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Evening Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (05:00 – 11:00 AM EST)
- Must be available for at least 4 consecutive hours, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). This schedule is non-negotiable and not flexible.
