ONLINE KEY ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
  • Own category performance including sales, margin, and growth
  • Develop and execute Amazon strategy (pricing, assortment, visibility)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Drive sell out through promotions, deals, and campaign planning
  • Monitor conversion rate, traffic, and basket size
  • Ensure high-quality product listings (titles, images, A+ content)
  • Improve SEO ranking and keyword visibility
  • Maintain accurate product information and compliance
  • Plan and execute Amazon campaigns (Deals, Prime, Seasonal events)
  • Manage Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Ads)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for brand visibility
  • Forecast demand and ensure stock availability
  • Avoid stock outs and overstock situations
  • Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams
  • Analyze dashboard data and identify growth opportunities
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with management
  • Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
  • Ensure smooth order fulfilment and returns handling
  • Maintain high service level metrics
  • Coordinate with Amazon account managers and internal teams
  • Align with marketing, finance, and logistics for execution
  • Manage external agencies (if applicable)

Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3-6 years in eCommerce / Amazon / Marketplace sales
  • home appliances or consumer electronics preferred
  • Hands on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
Skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability
  • Knowledge of Amazon algorithms & marketplace dynamics
