Salary: Base $45,000 per year + 3% commission + performance bonuses (potential to quickly exceed $100,000+ annually)

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Online Marketing Executive with a passion for wellness, design, and digital storytelling. This is an opportunity to help shape two growing national wellness brands while enjoying real financial growth tied directly to performance.

About Onyx Light Therapy & Awaken Greens

At Onyx Light Therapy and Awaken Greens, we’re redefining what it means to feel alive, vibrant, and well. Our brands focus on elevating daily health through advanced light therapy technology and superfood greens that energize, restore, and rejuvenate the body.

Both of these brands already have a base of local sales, as well as some sales all across the United States. Our goal is to expand that reach which already has been accomplished on a small scale. We also have professional athletes that use our lights that are willing to help give our brand recognition including Adam Thielen (Vikings) and Jonathan Taylor (currently #1 running back in the nfl) and others.

Position Overview

As our Online Marketing Executive, you’ll collaborate directly with ownership to develop, execute, and scale all aspects of our online presence — from content and SEO to social media, email, and paid advertising.

You’ll have the freedom to create, test, and innovate with new ideas, while using AI tools to enhance efficiency and creative output. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, creativity, and growth, who wants their work to have measurable impact — both on brand visibility and personal income.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy and content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Design and edit graphics, short-form videos, and visual content that align with brand identity

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that educate and drive conversions

• Optimize website content and improve SEO rankings for both brands

• Manage and track paid digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)

• Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and improve performance

• Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Veo, Runway, etc.) to streamline workflows and boost creativity

• Collaborate on product launches, influencer outreach, and promotional campaigns

• Support brand storytelling and community growth through consistent, authentic messaging.

* some front end work may involve assisting in shipping and order completion until we scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management

• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising

• Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, InShot, etc.)

• Interest or experience using AI-based marketing tools

• Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills

• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands

• Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $45,000 per year

• Commission: 3% of all online sales ($30,000 per $1 million sales)

• Performance Bonus: $5,000 bonus for every $500,000 in total online sales achieved

• Estimated 1st year Earnings: $45,000 – $100,000+ (based on performance and growth metrics)

• Monday to friday. (Potential monitoring work on the weekend on the fly to respond to online comments etc)
