Job Criteria / Requirements:

• email marketing and lead generation
• Ability to create, schedule, and manage email campaigns
• Strong knowledge of email tools is a plus
• Experience in building, managing, and segmenting email databases
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
• Understanding of open rates, CTR, bounce rate, and analytics
• Experience in online lead generation (landing pages, forms, campaigns)
• Familiar with CRM systems for lead tracking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
