Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

Supports the sales team in daily operations, acting as a key link between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role ensures smooth workflow from customer inquiry to delivery and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide accurate information about products or services.

  • Sales Documentation & Order Support

Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, confirmations, and related paperwork. Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time.

  • Coordination & Follow-Up

Work closely with sales executives, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Reporting & Data Maintenance

Maintain organized records of sales activities, update CRM or sales systems, and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Administrative Support

Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling routine admin tasks.

  • Customer Relationship Support

Track customer interactions and follow up where needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma minimum; Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 1–3 years in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service — more for senior roles.
  • Technical Skills: Good command of MS Office (Excel/Word), familiarity with Zoho Book.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English — Arabic is often a plus.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, customer service)
  • Often reports directly to Sales Manager or Head of Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
