Sales Coordinator – Seafood or Food products industry

About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator with a strong background in seafood or food products and Excel skills to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports, pricing updates, and client quotations
  • Dealing with customer complaints and feedback.
  • Manage stock updates, near-expiry alerts, and purchase requests
  • Handle customer inquiries and internal communication across departments
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to sales managers and executives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
  • Processing orders, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinating with store, production, logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is must
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in the seafood or food products industry.
