Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to drive online engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services across various digital channels.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, ensuring high visibility in search results.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic search performance.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create compelling content for various digital platforms including blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts that align with brand messaging.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve user experience and increase lead generation through landing pages and calls-to-action.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including SEM strategies and performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Utilize WordPress for content management and website updates while ensuring proper HTML/CSS coding practices are followed.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, conversion optimization, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM, email marketing platforms, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content creation across various formats (text, video, graphics) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce principles and practices is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for different audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is essential.

Pay: $47,734.59 - $57,486.82 per year
