Online & Operations Store Operator

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Administration & QA

Fully operate the e-commerce admin panel (products, orders, categories, customers, coupons, promotions).

Audit the website regularly to ensure all functions (checkout, payment, shipping, OTP login) work correctly.

Test any new feature, code, or product before it goes live.

Report technical issues and coordinate fixes with the development team.

2. Product & Inventory Management

Upload new products and update existing ones (images, descriptions, categories, prices, stock levels).

Ensure product variations (color, size, style) are accurate.

Track inventory daily and raise reports before stock runs out.

Contact suppliers to arrange restocking or introduce new products.

3. Order & Delivery Management

Monitor new orders and update their status (processing, shipped, delivered).

Prepare orders for fulfillment.

Coordinate with delivery companies (Quiqup, Aramex, DHL, etc.) to arrange pickups and track shipments.

Resolve issues with failed deliveries, delays, or returns.

4. Suppliers & Delivery Companies Coordination

Maintain supplier and delivery company contact lists.

Negotiate with suppliers and delivery companies for better prices, faster service, and improved terms.

Search for new suppliers and logistics partners to expand product variety and reduce costs.

Ensure suppliers meet agreed deadlines and quality standards.

5. Promotions & Discounts

Create and manage discount codes, seasonal campaigns, and offers.

Update website banners, sliders, and promotional visuals.

Ensure promotions match approved policies to avoid errors.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, orders, and inventory.

Track delivery performance and highlight frequent delays or issues with courier companies.

Identify best-selling and slow-moving products.

Provide improvement suggestions to boost sales and customer experience.

7. Quality Control & Compliance

Double-check product details (price, description, images) before publishing.

Ensure return/refund policies are correctly applied on the website.

Make test orders to confirm the website flow is working.

8. Documentation & Security

Keep records of supplier communication, customer issues, and website changes.

Follow company SOPs for updating, testing, and securing data.

Ensure all customer and delivery data is handled confidentially and safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
