Job Description

1. Responsible for market analysis and insights in the Middle East, participating in the planning and formulation of channel construction and production capacity target strategies for various countries in the region.
2. Manage channel expansion and construction in the Middle East region, ensuring that store design and displays comply with design specifications and standards.
3. Monitor channel operation and profit-loss data, track and analyze channel operations in various countries, and guide improvements in operational results.
4. Follow up on the launch of new products and the implementation of promotional activities in channels to drive growth in channel production capacity and category sales.
5. Undertake the implementation of various operational indicators and special projects for frontline channels from the headquarters, and assume corresponding responsibilities for project operation and management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; priority will be given to candidates with over 3 years of experience in store operations in the same industry.
2. Strong self-motivation, innovation, execution, and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in Office software.
4. Priority will be given to candidates who can use English as a working language, with fluent spoken English being preferred.
