Gourmet Foods Online Quality Controller is the final check between batches and customer delivery. You inspect production items to ensure nothing gross or sketchy gets shipped, and you flag issues before products reach the customer. You're responsible for monitoring process steps and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in handling, wrapping, stacking, and storing products with attention to quality and safety.
• Use checklists to verify that each box and item meets quality standards; document and report deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues; communicate clearly to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in ongoing improvements by identifying inefficiencies or risks and suggesting corrective actions; contribute to training and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with documenting findings and following processes.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP and ISO standards) and experience with hygiene audits, label checks, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and balance quality checks with production flow.
