Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and customer feedback across search engines, social media platforms, forums, and review websites.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement ORM strategies to strengthen the company's online reputation.
• Good SEO knowledge and experience
• Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and relevant departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Identify and escalate potential reputation risks or negative publicity to management.
• Prepare regular reports on review trends, sentiment analysis, and reputation performance.
• Work closely with department to promote positive brand visibility and improve search results.
• Manage profiles on review platforms and ensure business information remains accurate and up to date.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support crisis management initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good understanding of customer engagement and brand communication.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and review management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience of working on Trust pilot & Google Business Profile.
• Familiarity working on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

Location: DHA Phase 06, Karachi

Shift: Night (9 pm to 6 am)
