Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management
  • Handle inquiries from WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Website & Phone calls.
  • Send menus, quotations, and package details to customers quickly.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Online Promotion
  • Post regular photos, videos, and offers on social media.
  • Promote special festival menus, corporate lunch plans, and event catering packages.
  • Respond to comments and messages to maintain engagement.
  • Customer Service
  • Understand customer requirements (number of guests, cuisine, date & venue).
  • Provide professional service and resolve queries or concerns.
  • Maintain long-term relationships for repeat orders.
  • Coordination
  • Share finalized menu & event details with kitchen / production / delivery teams.
  • Coordinate delivery timings and follow-ups for service quality.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain lead records (inquiry date, status, follow-ups made).
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely billing and payment collection.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication (WhatsApp / Phone / Email)
  • Social Media Handling (Instagram / Facebook)
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Basic computer / Excel knowledge

Education & Experience:

  • Any Graduate (Hospitality / Marketing preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in online sales / food delivery / catering sales
  • Freshers with strong communication can also be considered
