Online Sales Manager

We are a leading distributor and partner of premium international brands in dermatology, aesthetics, and professional beauty. With over 20 years of presence in the market, we serve clinics, salons, and Spas nationwide, offering medical devices, beauty products, training, and after-sales support. Now, as we expand into digital, we are seeking a vibrant Online Sales Manager to set up and lead our e-commerce operations.

The Role

This is not just another sales role- it’s a chance to build an online sales department from the ground up. You will design the structure, hire and train the team, establish systems and drive growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

a) Department Setup: Establish and structure the e-commerce function with the right manpower, tools and workflows.

b) Sales Strategy: Define and execute the digital sales roadmap across website, marketplaces and social commerce.

c) Team Leadership: Recruit, guide and manage staff for online sales, customer service and digital marketing support.

d) Technology & Tools: Introduce platforms for CRM, analytics, and automation to drive efficiency and scale.

e) Operations: Oversee catalog management, promotions, order fulfilment and customer experience.

f) Performance Metrics: Set KPIs, track progress and report regularly on sales growth and customer engagement.

g) Collaboration: Work with supply chain, marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 5–8 years of e-commerce / online sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven expertise with platforms like Shopify, Daraz, and social commerce tools.

· Strong communication skills in English, with demonstrated team-building ability.

· Data-driven mindset with a track record in revenue optimization and performance marketing.
