About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven International Sales Executive – Digital & Design Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling digital and creative design services such as web design, branding, UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing, and logo design. You’ll be responsible for turning qualified leads into satisfied clients while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Convert inbound leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, and social media channels into closed deals.
• Identify client needs and present tailored digital and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and timely communication.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
• Continuously refine sales techniques based on client feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within design, creative, or digital service industries.
• Proven success in lead conversion, upselling, and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Familiarity with platforms like Bark.com, LinkedIn, or freelance marketplaces is an advantage.
