*Job Description:*

Lead generation: Prospect for new clients through online channels like social media, email, and online advertising.

Customer engagement: Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to understand their needs.

Services demonstration: Conduct online services demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.

Sales closing: Negotiate prices and terms, and secure sales agreements.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales reporting: Track sales activities, compile reports, and provide feedback to management.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, IT, and other departments to align on sales and marketing campaigns.

Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- At least From 2-4 years of proven experience in online or social media sales is an advantage.

-Must have experience in the logistics field or companies.

- Good computer and social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and grow.
