Online and Offline Salesperson Position (3-4 positions)

Elegant Zone General Trading company has business in cosmetics importing from different countries including Korea and Turkey. The company is looking for candidates for sales Person position who should have a good experience in Cosmetics online sales & marketing in Dubai and UAE. The following is some part of job description:

Off Line Sales Person

• Manage online sell and work on the online marketing.

• Participating in developing marketing strategies, policies and plans for products.

• Finding and attending meetings with prospective clients such as: beauty supply & pharmacy chains, doctors, malls etc.

• Receiving and preparing all sales orders and following them until they are delivered to the clients.

• Attending management meetings, and assisting other colleagues when it is needed.

• Any work to assigned by the manager.

• Assisting the online sales team on the social media and marketing issues.

  Online Sales Person Digital Marketing

• Packing all orders sold via online platforms and making them ready for delivery, calling the delivery team for delivery, follow up the delivery until they reach to the customer’s hand and the payment is done.

• Receiving calls, emails, WhatsApp and other messages of the customers and responding them on timely basis.

• Follow up all social media and responding to comments and preparing a daily, weekly and monthly reports on those comments and out puts, pointing to the positive and negative points, to be taken to the management.

• Managing company e-commerce websites and all social media pages of the products and updating them on daily basis.

• Developing videos, posters, brochures, and other marketing and advertising materials in different languages and posting them on the related sites and pages.

• Managing paid media advertising, preparing weekly and monthly plan for all regions where we sale our products, and organizing the whole process of the paid advertising.

• Contacting and dealing with influences for videos/posters, making advertising and comping for sale of the products among their followers through their pages in social media.

• Attending any training or workshops required by the company.

• Any tasks assigned by the company’s management.
