About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Shop Handler to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling orders, creating engaging content, managing social media pages, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

This role requires someone who is organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders from placement to dispatch.
• Ensure timely order confirmations and coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery.
• Handle order dispatching and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage social media pages by posting regular content and engaging with followers.
• Create high-quality content (product descriptions, posts, stories, and updates) for online platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of order tracking systems and shipping processes.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Understanding of online marketing and customer engagement strategies.
