Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Online Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing orders, supervising dispatch, maintaining inventory, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills, professional conduct, and the ability to deliver an exceptional experience to our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous communication at all times.
• Manage and process ready-to-wear and made-to-order purchases efficiently.
• Oversee order dispatching, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Manage WhatsApp business communication and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and update store inventory in coordination with the store team.
• Handle all correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Prepare regular sales, order, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with management to plan promotions and digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or online store management preferred.
• Proficiency in Shopify, social media business tools, and WhatsApp business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-mannered, polished, and professional in communication, with the ability to deal confidently with international clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of social media marketing or basic design tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
