Key Responsibilities1. Website Administration & Quality Assurance (Odoo Website Module)

  • Fully manage the Odoo Website and e-Commerce backend — including products, orders, categories, customers, coupons, and promotions.
  • Regularly audit the website to ensure checkout, payment gateway, shipping rules, and OTP login work correctly.
  • Test new features, updates, or code before publishing.
  • Report any technical issue via Odoo tickets or internal task system and follow up with the development team until resolved.

2. Product & Inventory Management (Odoo Inventory Module)

  • Upload and maintain product listings in Odoo’s Product Catalog, including descriptions, images, categories, variants (color, size, style), and pricing.
  • Track real-time stock levels inside Odoo Inventory, raise restock requests before stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Manage product attributes and ensure barcodes/SKUs are correctly assigned.

3. Order & Delivery Management (Odoo Sales & Delivery Integration)

  • Monitor new sales orders via the Odoo Sales Dashboard and update status (processing, shipped, delivered, returned).
  • Generate invoices, packing slips, and delivery orders from Odoo.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners (Quiqup, Aramex, DHL, etc.) using Odoo Delivery Integrations.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery delays or failed deliveries, and update tracking information in the system.

4. Supplier & Partner Coordination (Odoo Purchase Module)

  • Maintain supplier profiles and purchase records in Odoo.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and couriers for better prices and faster service.
  • Search for new suppliers or products to expand the catalog.
  • Ensure supplier delivery timelines and quality standards are met.

5. Promotions & Discounts (Odoo Website + Marketing)

  • Create and manage discount codes, campaigns, and flash sales using Odoo’s Pricelist and Promotion Rules.
  • Update banners, sliders, and promotional visuals on the Odoo website.
  • Verify that all promotions follow approved pricing and policy guidelines.

6. Reporting & Analytics (Odoo Dashboards)

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports directly from Odoo.
  • Analyze product performance, delivery timelines, and customer data.
  • Identify best-selling items and low-performing products.
  • Provide actionable suggestions to improve sales and operational efficiency.

7. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Review all product listings for accuracy in price, image, and description before publishing.
  • Ensure return and refund policies are correctly reflected in Odoo and on the website.
  • Perform routine test orders to confirm the checkout process and payment flow work flawlessly.

8. Documentation & Data Security

  • Keep organized records of supplier communications, customer feedback, and website updates inside Odoo Notes or Documents app.
  • Follow company SOPs for updates, backups, and system testing.
  • Handle all customer and delivery data securely in line with privacy guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
